Sources & Update Policy

Every claim on this site traces to the register below — official Roblox surfaces and APIs, this site's own dated checks, and a small set of clearly-labeled reference sources. Site-wide reference check: 2026-10-07.

How sourcing works on this site

Every data table on this site names its source and carries a checked date. Numbers are quoted only from official Roblox pages and APIs or from this site's own dated checks; where the developer has not published data (item names, rarity tiers, crate odds, trade values), the gap is stated instead of filled with an estimate. Content that describes a different Roblox experience — including the same-name [MUTATIONS] universe — is never merged into this site.

The discipline exists because Trade A Jellycat! has a documented data boundary: the developer publishes the loop (collect, crates, trade, rarity) but no item tables, odds, or values, and two different Roblox experiences share the name. A site in this position either invents numbers or states the boundary — this one states it, once per page where it applies, and fills the rest with verified facts and player-side method.

Source types that do not exist for this game

Recorded so absence is checkable, not assumed — each was actively searched before being listed.

  • •Official Trello board — none is linked from the game page, group, or any dated check
  • •Verified official Discord invite — the group's social links are not publicly readable (401 in the August 11, 2026 check; no invite verified since)
  • •Official external wiki or Fandom wiki for place 84814013871277
  • •Publisher code-tracker coverage — Destructoid, GameRant, Pro Game Guides, and urgametips list no page naming this place
  • •Attributable creator videos verified against the place ID
  • •Official patch notes or a public changelog

Place-ID rule

A source counts only if it names place 84814013871277 or universe 10607878562, or is one of this site's own dated checks. The same-name [MUTATIONS] game (place 126374004347567) and any third place ID fail this test automatically.

Conflict rule

When two sources disagree, this site shows both claims with their dates instead of averaging them. The current codes status is a working example: no code string verified across six dated checks, while other sites list strings for places that are not this game.

FAQ

How we check sources

Why do some sources on other fan sites not appear here?

Because they do not name place 84814013871277. A "Trade A Jellycat" values or codes page that links a different Roblox place ID (one checked on 2026-10-07 pointed to place 18942109524) describes a different game, and copying its numbers would put wrong data on right-sounding pages. Place-ID discipline is this site's first source rule.

Is there an official Trello or Discord for this game?

No official board or invite has been verifiable in any dated check. The creator group's social links are not publicly readable (the August 11, 2026 API check returned an authorization error), and nothing published since names a Trello or Discord for place 84814013871277. The trello page tracks the current status rather than linking guesses.

What would upgrade a claim from community-sourced to official?

Publication by the developer's own surfaces — the game page, the Jellycats Wow! group, or an in-game screen the developer references officially — with numbers specific to this place. Until then, tables on this site quote Roblox APIs or this site's own dated checks, and gaps stay stated.

How often are the sources rechecked?

After every observable update signal: the updated timestamp changed again in the October 7, 2026 check (it moved to October 6), so codes, crates, and system pages were re-verified on that date. The updates page logs the full history.
